Go For The Greens

We serve our salads like we serve everything else - FRESH and with GENEROUS portions! All of our salads are available with Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Fat-Free Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Honey Mustard, French, 1000 Island, or Italian dressing. Choose your favorite from our three signature salads:

The Garden Salad

It's a crisp blend of greens topped with cheddar-jack and Provel cheese, tomatoes, and red onions. Simple and delicious!

Cowboy Cobb

It's the KING of salads! We generously top this chilled bowl of crisp greens with smoked ham and turkey, crumbled bacon, hard-boiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar-jack, and Provel cheese. It's definitely a full meal on its own!

Chicken Tender Salad

Can't decide between salad and chicken? Now you don't have to! These mixed leafy greens are buried underneath tomatoes, red onions, cheddar-jack, Provel cheese, and (last but certainly not least!) hand-breaded chicken tenders. If you like things on the spicy side, feel free to ask for your chicken "buffalo style." You can also substitute any smoked meat for the chicken at no extra charge!

Crab Rangoon

Its our very own real crab rangoon filling slathered on flatbread, topped with an amazing 3-cheese asiago, mozzarella, and Provel mix, and then sprinkled with fried won tons and a tantalizing drizzle of sweet chili sauce. WOW!

Smoked BBQ Chicken

All of the flavor with fewer calories! This flatbread features hickory smoked white chicken tossed in our house BBQ sauce on top of mozzarella and Provel cheese, topped off with a few red onions. And believe it or not... it tastes even better than it sounds!
