Menu Selections for Wobbly Boots Iowa!

Award-Winning BBQ at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse... It's what we are known for! Our smoked meats would best be described as "hybrid BBQ" - a unique blend of flavors and styles from the BBQ meccas of the United States: Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, Texas, and the deep South. Our meats are generously coated in our special dry rub and smoked low over hickory for maximum flavor and tenderness. Before serving, we add our house-recipe sauce (we make it right here) to complement the flavor of the meat!

Here's a sneak peek of the delicious menu options at our new Wobbly Boots in Clive, Iowa.

APPETIZERS

Wobbly Wings
Start your meal off right with our FAMOUS Wobbly Wings! These juicy jumbo chicken wings have been coated in our dry house rub and slow-roasted in our hickory pit. They're served with your choice of ranch OR bleu cheese dressing, and they're available plain or with your choice of our four delicious sauces: BBQ, Original, Chipotle Buffalo, and Teriyaki.

BBQ Pork Nachos
A Wobbly favorite! Your whole table will love this bed of tri-colored tortilla chips smothered in our homemade queso, topped with our house-smoked pulled pork and baked beans, then finished with cheddar-jack cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Served with salsa, sour cream, and jalapenos.

GO FOR THE GREENS

Chicken Tender Salad
You have to try our large chilled salad bowl filled with mixed leafy greens and generously topped with tomatoes, red onions, cheddar-jack, and Provel cheese. Don't forget about the hand-breaded chicken tenders on top! Feel free to ask for your chicken "buffalo-style."

HOT SOUP OF THE SOUL

Baked Potato Soup
There's nothing like this rich, creamy soup full of chunks of potatoes, garnished with cheddar-jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.

J-BAR-J WRAPS

Turkey Bacon Ranch
It's the original Wobbly Boots' wrap. You'll love this lightly grilled turkey breast served in a warm wheat tortilla stuffed with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar-jack cheese, and ranch dressing.

BLACK ANGUS BURGERS

Hickory Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger
Now that's a mouthful! Don't leave without trying this 1/2 lb burger topped with our house recipe BBQ sauce, hickory smoked bacon, and good old American cheese.

DOWN HOME SANDWICHES

Hand-Breaded Pork Tenderloin
An Iowa tradition! This generous cut of pork tenderloin is dipped in buttermilk, then breaded in our seasoned flour and fried to a golden brown. Don't forget that all of our sandwiches are served with your choice of one side dish!

SOUTHERN COMFORT FOOD

Smoked Meatloaf
Not exactly like Mom made, but just as delicious! Our homemade meatloaf is slow-roasted on our hickory smoker and served open-faced with smashed potatoes, beef gravy, and green beans.

HARVEST MEALS

Breaded Shrimp Dinner
After you try these large gulf shrimp, all others will pale in comparison. We hand-bread our shrimp to a golden brown and serve them with a side of cocktail sauce. All our dinners are also served with Texas toast and a choice of two signature home style side dishes.

SMOKED MEAT ON A BUN

Smoked Sausage
Simple, but perfect. Our hickory smoked Polish sausage is low, slow, and unbelievably delicious. It's served wet (sauced) on a fresh kaiser roll, but feel free to ask for it dry. Don't forget that it also comes with your choice of one side dish.

CLASSIC BAR-B-QUE DINNERS

Baby Back Ribs
It's a 2 lb slab of tender, meaty ribs coated with our dry rub and slow-smoked, then lightly grilled and basted with our secret recipe sauce before serving.
