Some people claim that the first person to create a breaded pork tenderloin was native to Indiana, but at Wobbly Boots Roadhouse, we know the truth: the pork tenderloin comes from right here in Iowa! The breaded pork tenderloin has been a staple in classic Iowa cuisine for as long as we can remember. Iowa produces more pigs than any other state in the U.S., and turning that asset into a classic Midwestern delicacy create a unique sense of pride in all of us Iowans.

Wobbly Boots Roadhouse has been serving outstanding pork tenderloin sandwiches for many years. We started out in the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, and we're thrilled to be able to bring our pork tenderloins back to their roots right here in Iowa!

At our family BBQ restaurant in Clive, Iowa, each generous cut of pork tenderloin is hand-breaded in our seasoned flour and fried to a golden brown. We are lucky enough to get a lot of great reviews about our family BBQ restaurant, but we did get one shout-out especially for our pork tenderloin in Des Moines.
