Big Loaded Baker
While a baked potato may not sound like a full meal at first, it definitely is when we get done with it! We take a full 1-pound baked potato and load it with cheddar-jack cheese, bacon crumbles, and green onions. Once that's done, you get to choose any of our smoked meats (pulled pork, ham, turkey breast, brisket, sausage, or burnt ends) to be piled up on top of it.
