Smoked Meat on a Bun - A Wobbly Boots' Favorite!

We offer an extensive menu that is sure to have something for everyone. This week, we're focusing on one of our favorite menu sections: Smoked Meat On A Bun. If you haven't tried one (or all) of these Wobbly Boots specialties yet, then you're missing out!

SMOKED MEAT ON A BUN

Pulled Pork

Our pork is slow-smoked over hickory for 16 hours, then hand-pulled and trimmed.

Turkey Breast

100% white meat turkey breast smoked to perfection.

Beef Brisket

Our juicy beef brisket is slow-smoked for 10 hours and sliced for maximum tenderness.

Start your meal off right with our famous Wobbly Boots Wings!

Pit Ham

Lean, thin-sliced, double-smoked ham.

Burnt Ends

Extra-smoked, seasoned, and seared beef chunks carved right from the brisket point. (Can not be served completely dry!)

Smoked Sausage

Hickory smoked Polish sausage. Low, slow, and unbelievably delicious.

Combo Sandwich

Just can't decide? Enjoy your choice of any two of our succulent smoked meats listed above on a super soft, fresh kaiser roll!

Each of these delectable dishes are available in 1/3 lb or 1/2 lb portions. All of our slow-smoked meats are served on fresh kaiser rolls. Our BBQ is served wet (sauced) but it can be served dry upon request (except for the Burnt Ends).

These amazing sandwiches also come with your choice of one side dish! Treat yourself to our Seasoned Curly Fries, Legendary Baked Beans, Smashed Potatoes & Gravy, Creamy Cole Slaw, Gourmet Potato Salad, or any of our other scrumptious sides.

Black Angus Burgers at Wobbly Boots!

Nope... there's NOTHING like a black angus burger that's been cooked to perfection!

Wobbly Boots Roadhouse is known for more than just great BBQ - our burgers are some of the best in the Midwest. All of our burgers are 100% hand-pattied black angus ground chuck, cooked on a flat-top iron and served on a fresh kaiser bun. Pickle, lettuce, tomato, and onion are available upon request.

Farm Boy
A juicy, flavorful classic - cooked just the way you like it!

Black & Bleu
Our Farm Boy burger spiced up with cajun seasoning and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.

El Diablo
A real mouth-burner! Topped with ghost pepper cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and our chipotle buffalo sauce.

Mushroom, Ham, & Swiss
Our famous Farm Boy burger topped with pit ham, sauteed mushrooms, and Swiss cheese.

Patty Melt
Our famous burger topped with sauteed onions and Swiss cheese, served on grilled marbled rye bread.

Hickory Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger
Now that's a mouthful! A 1/2 pound burger topped with our house recipe barbecue sauce, hickory smoked bacon, and good old American cheese.
