Baby Back Ribs
When the word "BBQ" is uttered, who doesn't picture a big ol' rack of ribs? Here at the Boot, we know how to cook them up to be the most tender, most juicy, most mouth-watering ribs you've ever put in your mouth.
For our classic BBQ dinner featuring this incredible creation, we start with a 2-pound slab of meaty ribs. Our chef then coats them with our specially formulated dry rub before slow-smoking them over hickory.
Once they are perfectly smoked, we lightly grill them and baste them with our own homemade secret recipe sauce. You'll need a lot of napkins handy when you dig into a plate of these ribs filled with tender, delectable, fall-off-the-bone goodness.
Wobbly Wings
At the top of our appetizers section of the menu, you will see our award-winning Wobbly Wings prominently featured. These jumbo, bone-in chicken wings get a similar treatment our those tasty ribs, but come out with a flavor that's all their own.
The first step is to coat each wing in that special dry rub of ours. They are then slow-roasted in our hickory pit. Once they come out of the smoker, the juicy, taste-tempting flavor that they posses without sauce is unbelievable on its own.
To up the flavor ante even more, we have 4 of the best wing sauces ever made to coat them in.
- BBQ - Our house recipe sauce. A great addition to anything!
- Original - A sauce like no other. Try it, you'll be hooked.
- Chipotle Buffalo - Our version of traditional buffalo.
