We serve our salads like we serve everything else - FRESH and with GENEROUS portions! All of our salads are available with Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Fat-Free Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Honey Mustard, French, 1000 Island, or Italian dressing. Choose your favorite from our three signature salads:

The Garden Salad

It's a crisp blend of greens topped with cheddar-jack and Provel cheese, tomatoes, and red onions. Simple and delicious!

Cowboy Cobb

It's the KING of salads! We generously top this chilled bowl of crisp greens with smoked ham and turkey, crumbled bacon, hard-boiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar-jack, and Provel cheese. It's definitely a full meal on its own!

Chicken Tender Salad

Can't decide between salad and chicken? Now you don't have to! These mixed leafy greens are buried underneath tomatoes, red onions, cheddar-jack, Provel cheese, and (last but certainly not least!) hand-breaded chicken tenders. If you like things on the spicy side, feel free to ask for your chicken "buffalo style." You can also substitute any smoked meat for the chicken at no extra charge!

St. Patrick's Day Weekend - the PERFECT opportunity to let loose and have some fun with all of us at our local family restaurant in Clive, Iowa! You know you love celebrating St. Pat's Day, but how much do you know about the origins of this fun holiday and various Irish folklore?

St. Patrick's Day Trivia

Saint Patrick is famous for introducing Christianity to Ireland in year 432. Can we start a movement to initiate a St. Wobbly Boots Day for introducing outstanding BBQ to the Midwest?

Each leaf on a 4-leaf clover represents something: the first stands for hope, the second for faith, the third for love, and the fourth for luck. According to Wobbly Boots lore, however, they take on different meanings. We believe that the first leaf stands for BBQ chicken, the second for Wobbly Boots Wings, the third for smoking hot brisket, and the fourth for baby back ribs!
